I’ve made this one in the past not just because it’s easy but because the payoff is off the charts. Yummy all around!
While there’s nothing wrong with store bought eggs, I have the added flavour bonus of fresh eggs from our free-range chickens. Sometimes, it’s the subtleties that make the difference. This will lemon recipe will (again) make the rounds during BBQ season this year.
